About the Founder

Jill Smith Handy has spent several years working in sales and artist management in New York City having held positions at Kim Heirston Art Advisory and David Zwirner Gallery where she developed expertise in private sales & acquisitions, comprehensive market development, and career development for a world-renowned roster of leading contemporary artists. She has placed works by established artists and curated emerging artist exhibitions. 

Jill earned her bachelor's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed the postgraduate Art Business program at New York University. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Soap Factory in Minneapolis, MN, and is affiliated with The Bronx Museum of the Arts and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum.
